Samsung repairs we handle every week

Samsung is one of the most common brands in Harrisburg-area kitchens and laundry rooms, especially in homes built or remodeled in the last 15 years. Samsung appliances are feature-rich, and that also means more sensors, control boards and error codes. When a Samsung fails, the display usually tells us where to start.

Out-of-warranty Samsung owners often find factory service slow to schedule. We stock common Samsung parts and can usually be at your door the same or next day.

We are an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized service center for Samsung. Samsung is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe the appliances we repair. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact Samsung first, since an outside repair may affect that coverage.

Before you call

Note the error code

4C · 5E · dC

If your Samsung shows a code, write it down with the model number. It often tells us which part to bring, which can save a second visit.

Common Samsung problems we fix

Most of these come from specific, known parts, so they’re usually fixed in one visit.

Refrigerator ice maker freezing up

On many French-door models, the ice maker in the fresh-food compartment builds up frost and stops making ice. We repair the cause instead of only thawing it. Ice Maker Repair →

Refrigerator not cooling

Frosted evaporator coils, a failed evaporator fan or a defrost fault. Samsung fridges often keep the freezer cold while the fresh-food side warms up. Refrigerator Repair →

Front-load washer not draining or spinning

Clogged drain pump filters, failed pumps and unbalanced-load faults are the most common front-loader calls. Washer Repair →

Dryer not heating

A blown thermal fuse, failed heating element (electric) or igniter (gas), often caused by a restricted vent. Dryer Repair →

Range or oven not heating evenly

Failed bake or convection elements, igniters on gas models and temperature sensors. Oven & Stove Repair →

Dishwasher leaking or not draining

Drain pump blockages, leak sensor trips and door gasket leaks. Dishwasher Repair →

Samsung repair FAQs

Are you a Samsung authorized service center?

No. We’re an independent repair company. If your Samsung is still under its factory warranty, contact Samsung first. Once it’s out of warranty, we can usually get to you faster.

Why does my Samsung refrigerator ice maker keep freezing?

Frost builds up in the fresh-food ice maker compartment when moisture isn’t cleared by the fan and defrost system or the compartment seal leaks. A technician can fix the underlying cause.

What does 5C or 5E mean on a Samsung washer?

It’s a drain error. Check and clean the drain pump filter behind the small panel at the bottom front first. If the code returns, the drain pump or hose likely needs replacing.

Do you carry Samsung parts?

We carry the most common parts such as drain pumps, thermal fuses and sensors, and we can order model-specific parts for a quick return visit.

Is it worth repairing a Samsung appliance?

Usually, yes, if it’s under about 10 years old and the repair is less than half the cost of a replacement. We’ll tell you honestly if it isn’t.
