LG Appliance Repair in Harrisburg, PA
LG refrigerators, washers, dryers, WashTowers, dishwashers and ranges repaired in your home, with a written quote before any work.
LG repairs we handle every week
LG appliances are popular across Harrisburg, Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg homes for their efficiency and quiet direct-drive motors. Like any brand, they have a few well-known weak spots. Knowing them helps us diagnose faster and bring the right parts.
LG displays a short error code for most faults. Write it down with your model number when you call, and we can often tell you on the phone whether it’s a simple fix you can try first.
We are an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized service center for LG. LG is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe the appliances we repair. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact LG first, since an outside repair may affect that coverage.
Note the error code
OE · IE · d80
LG codes point us straight to the system that’s failing. Have the code and the model number from the door-frame or inside-wall sticker ready.
Common LG problems we fix
Most of these come from specific, known parts, so they’re usually fixed in one visit.

LG repair FAQs
Are you an LG authorized service center?
No. We’re an independent repair company. If your LG appliance or its compressor is still under warranty, contact LG first, since some LG compressors carry long parts warranties.
What does d80 mean on an LG dryer?
The dryer has detected that the exhaust vent is about 80% blocked. Clean the lint screen and the vent run to the outside. A blocked vent causes long dry times and is a fire hazard.
Why is my LG refrigerator not cooling?
It can be an evaporator fan, a defrost problem or a control-board fault. On linear-compressor models it can also be the compressor. We diagnose before quoting so you know which one it is.
How do I fix an OE error on my LG washer?
Open the small panel at the bottom front, drain the water through the small hose and clean the pump filter. If the code comes back, the drain pump likely needs replacing.
Do you repair LG WashTowers?
Yes. We service LG WashTower and stacked washer-dryer units.
