Keystone Appliance Repair opened in 2014 with a single van and a simple promise: quote the repair honestly, show up when we say we will, and fix it right the first time. Twelve years and more than 9,000 completed repairs later, that’s still how we run every call — whether it’s a refrigerator in Camp Hill or a dryer vent in Steelton.
Most of our new customers come from a neighbor’s recommendation or a repeat call from a past job. We don’t run a national dispatch line that routes you to a rotating subcontractor — every technician on our team is a background-checked employee, based locally, and trained on the same brands week after week.

- Quote before we fix. You approve a flat-rate price before any part is touched — no hourly surprises on the invoice.
- Repair honestly, not automatically. If a repair doesn’t make financial sense compared to replacement, we’ll tell you that too.
- Stock the truck, save the second visit. Common parts for major brands ride on every van, so most repairs finish in one trip.
- Stand behind the work. Every completed repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
